Summon
In Capverse, "Summoning" is a unique method for the Sumer race to proliferate. By combining two Sumers, a new life form can be summoned to join their ranks.
Remarkably, the newborn Sumer can inherit excellent attributes and skills from both parent Sumers and may even evolve extraordinary traits, becoming a member of a special race. This adds an endless sense of mystery and allure to the Capverse universe.
In their life journey, every Sumer has the opportunity to participate in three such summoning ceremonies. The newly summoned life, upon its arrival, must undergo a mysterious phase known as the "Crystallization Period," a crucial stage in the growth and transformation of the newborn Sumer. It serves as a testament to the wondrous transformation from latent energy to actual life.
Summoning Chances
Each Sumer can participate in up to three summoning rituals throughout its life.
Summoning Restrictions
Summoning Sumers form a Homology Link, meaning Sumers with this link cannot summon together. For instance, parent Sumers cannot summon with their offspring, and siblings cannot summon with each other.
Summoning Materials
Summoning requires two non-homologous Sumers, CAP tokens, and Summon Stones. The more times a Sumer participates in summoning, the more CAP tokens and Summon Stones are needed.
Note: The actual materials required for summoning will be based on in-game data upon release.
Crystallization Period
After being summoned, the new Sumer must undergo a Crystallization Period before its race and attributes are revealed.
The duration of this period is influenced by the summoning experience of the parent Sumers. Specifically, the more times Sumer A and Sumer B have summoned, the longer the Crystallization Period.
The period ranges from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 11 days. This can be calculated using the formula: (Sumer A’s summoned count + Sumer B’s summoned count) × 2 + 3.
Special Races
There are three special races in the Sumer population, which can only be created through summoning:
Intelligence Sumer: Summoned with a combination of Electricity and Aquarium Sumers, yields a chance of Intelligence Sumer.
HyperSpace Sumer: Summoned with a combination of Wood and Earth Sumers, yields a chance of HyperSpace Sumer.
Mystery Sumer: Summoned with a combination of Dragon and Fire Sumers, yields a chance of Mystery Sumer.
Inheritance Probability
In the Capverse summoning ceremony, there is a chance that the newborn Sumer will inherit the original attributes and parts of the parent Sumers, including the backpiece of Genesis Sumers.
However, wearable skins, equipment, and other external decorations cannot be passed on to the next generation.
The offspring Sumers possess limitless potential, with the possibility of evolving into unique races showcasing unprecedented power. However, summoning also carries risks, potentially causing unforeseen backlash effects on the parent Sumers.
