LAND Points are reward points within the Capverse ecosystem, used for Play-to-Earn and Invite-to-Earn reward settlements. Additionally, LAND Points can be used to purchase certain game items in the Capverse Cosmic Market.

LAND Points cannot be transferred or withdrawn but can be exchanged for CAP tokens within the game. CAP tokens can be traded on digital asset markets for other cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies, enabling the conversion of in-game assets to real-world value.

LAND / $CAP Trading Pair

The Capverse app integrates a LAND / $CAP instant exchange feature, allowing for one-click conversion of LAND Points to CAP tokens. The initial exchange rate for the LAND / $CAP trading pair is set as follows:

Initial Exchange Rate: 250 LAND = 1 $CAP

It is important to note that the exchange rate between LAND and $CAP is not fixed.

Capverse employs a price index model through a PCV smart contract. An AI algorithm dynamically adjusts the exchange rate in real-time based on multiple pricing factors such as LAND issuance volume, LAND circulation demand, $CAP price, and game population growth. This approach ensures that the currency circulation and economic scale within the game world are balanced, preventing illogical inflation and avoiding a "death spiral."
