The CAP Token (abbreviated as "$CAP") is an ecosystem governance token issued by Capverse based on the blockchain BEP20 smart contract technology. It is used to record, manage, and distribute the rights of all community members participating in the Capverse project and can be circulated and transferred.
In the game, $CAP has numerous applications. It serves as the payment tool and trading medium in the Capverse Marketplace and is an essential item for players participating in specific gameplay features.
The total issuance of $CAP is 200 million tokens. In the future, Capverse will allocate a certain proportion of profits to buy back and burn $CAP to ensure its deflationary mechanism. We will use $CAP as a value token, gradually improving application scenarios and ecosystem content, thus empowering participants and builders and providing all users with a safe and stable gaming environment.

Secondary market transactions of Sumer NFTs will be priced in $CAP.
$CAP is the primary payment tool in the Capverse Marketplace. Players can use $CAP to purchase various rare Sumer NFTs and other in-game items, stimulating the in-game economy.
In Capverse, players need to consume $CAP to summon new Sumers.
$CAP serves as the essential tool for participating in the Galactic Challenge gameplay. This setup not only promotes in-game interactions but also enhances social connections among players, enriching the Capverse ecosystem.
Players earn LAND points as rewards within the Capverse ecosystem. LAND points can only circulate within the DAPP. To convert game rewards into real-world assets, players can exchange LAND points for $CAP tokens within the game DAPP. $CAP tokens can then be exchanged for other cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies in the digital asset market.
$CAP is the governance token of the Capverse ecosystem, allowing $CAP holders to participate in the $CAP DAO. We adopt a DAO community autonomy model, handing over $CAP community governance entirely to the community. All $CAP holders have a voice and are eligible to participate in various community activities. Expectedly, $CAP holders will vote to determine/adjust ecosystem parameters, approve/reject proposals, and set trading and auditing rules. The community can also elect block producers, who can be promptly removed by vote if they act maliciously.
$CAP is the utility token of the ecosystem and can circulate and transfer within the Capverse ecosystem without a centralized intermediary. All participants can use it.
A portion of the $CAP economic system's revenue will be used to pay for ecosystem development, technical development/maintenance, and other expenses. The use and expenditure of these funds will be subject to community oversight.
