The industry cycle of 2022-2024 exposed the fundamental flaws of the first-generation GameFi ("Play to Earn" / P2E) model: the economic model relied entirely on unsustainable internal token inflation and a continuous influx of new speculative users, lacking any external support of real value, leading to an unsustainable economic spiral. This fragile internal cycle was destined to collapse because it only created speculation, not value. The original Capverse 1.0, as a product of this era, was also deeply mired in this cycle.

At the same time, the tokenization of Real Assets (RWA) has become the most promising trillion-dollar narrative in the Web3 space, quietly taking shape at the intersection of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi): Tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWA). However, the RWA industry sector is facing two major "adoption crises":

• The products are extremely fragmented The global RWA market is highly fragmented. Top institutions (such as BlackRock and Franklin Templeton) and Web3 native protocols (such as Ondo and Centrifuge) operate independently, making it difficult for users to choose, compare, or build portfolios across different publishers.

• The experience was extremely boring RWA investing is inherently a low-frequency, passive, and tedious financial activity. It cannot attract and retain hundreds of millions of Web3 native users and mainstream gamers.
